The building was designed as the U.S. Headquarters for a Swiss manufacturer of research grade peptides. Phase I is 21,000 SF which consists of Administrative Offices, R&D Laboratories, Neutralization Center and Library. At completion, this three phase, 100,000 SF project will include a full scale manufacturing facility.
