This house renovation from traditional cape to shore bungalow was developed to maximize interior space while maintaining a low scale with the surrounding homes. The house takes advantage of ocean views with upper deck areas connected to an elevated outside terrace. A detached shower/storage structure was designed and sited to provide privacy from neighboring lots.
